About Me

Welcome! My name is Celia Viveros and I look forward to meeting you!

I am Celia Viveros and I’m a bilingual (Spanish/English) and bicultural therapist based in Seattle, WA. I was born in Mexico and came to the United States as a child, an experience that shaped my empathy for people navigating cultural transitions, identity challenges, and intergenerational patterns.

For over 15 years, I’ve helped teens and adults break free from the emotional weight of anxiety, depression, PTSD, and generational trauma. My passion is guiding cycle-breaking individuals who are ready to heal from painful childhoods, toxic relationships, and traumatic life events.

I use tools from evidence-based approaches like DBT, CBT, TF-CBT, and EMDR to help you regain emotional balance, build healthy coping skills, and create a life that feels aligned with your values. Whether you are facing the effects of immigration trauma, sexual abuse, domestic violence, or major life changes, our work together will focus on both healing and growth.

As a Washington State Approved Supervisor, I provide supervision to mental health professionals pursuing licensure. I offer training and consultation services to professionals who may need support serving the Latinx community.

Outside of work, I love spending time with family and friends and traveling. I love summers in Seattle, taking advantage of time on the water and exploring new hobbies.

Ofrezco servicios en español. Mi meta es brindarte un espacio seguro y compasivo para encontrar maneras efectivas de enfrentar los problemas que te están causando dolor y construir la vida que deceas y mereces.
